Mod kimpalan tiang lampu ialah kimpalan separa busur automatik, dan Pemeriksaan Pengesanan Warna memenuhi keperluan piawaian antarabangsa GB\/t3323-1989111. Tiang lampu hendaklah dipasang dengan paku berulir dan skru penyongkong. (pemeriksaan visual)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Solar_Street_Light_pole_workmanship\"><\/span><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/luxmanlight.com\/ms\/barang-produk\/30w-solar-street-light-s3\/\">Lampu Jalan Solar<\/a> kerajinan tiang<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Rawatan anti-karat adalah pelapisan galvani celup panas, dan permukaan lapisan galvani hendaklah licin, cantik dengan kilauan yang sekata. Tiada kedutan, kendur, tumor zink, pengelupasan, bintik dan kecacatan pada permukaan dalaman dan luaran. (pemeriksaan visual sebelumnya) ketebalan lapisan zink melebihi 85um (ketebalan lapisan zink diuji dengan pengukur ketebalan tiang lampu). Keteguhan lapisan zink hendaklah memenuhi piawaian GB2694-98 untuk memastikan ia tidak pudar selama 8 tahun. Ketahanan angin tiang lampu hendaklah direka mengikut 36.9m\/s. Tempoh anti-karat tiang lampu melebihi 20 tahun. (pembuat hendaklah menyediakan laporan pemeriksaan berkaitan daripada beberapa institusi kebangsaan)<\/li>\n<li>Ketebalan semburan plastik pada permukaan tiang lampu hendaklah tidak kurang daripada 100um, daya lekatan hendaklah mencapai gb9286-880, permukaannya hendaklah licin: kerasnya tidak kurang daripada 2H, bahan tahan cuaca luar hendaklah digunakan, dan bahan semburan plastik hendaklah sepenuhnya serbuk plastik poliester. (keras bahan ditunjukkan oleh diameter lekukan)<\/li>\n<li>Proses dan piawaian penerimaan tiang lampu hendaklah mengikut piawaian kebangsaan. Faktor reka bentuk ialah 1.8. Hayat reka bentuk tiang lampu melebihi 20 tahun. (laporan pemeriksaan disediakan oleh pengilang)<\/li>\n<li>Tiang lampu hendaklah direka untuk memudahkan penembusan wayar dan pintu lubang tangan hendaklah berbentuk pintu ransel. (pemeriksaan visual) pintu tiang mesti rata dan licin, dan ralat kerataan pada tiang ini tidak boleh melebihi \u00b1 1mm (kerataan hendaklah dikesan oleh penderia tiang). Pertukaran antara pintu tiang yang sama hendaklah baik, supaya memenuhi keperluan anti-curi dan kalis hujan. Selepas memotong bar dan pintu, rawatan pengukuhan tempatan dijalankan untuk mencapai kekuatan bar asal secara keseluruhan.
