Por ejemplo, la uniformidad general del brillo, donde una Uo en condiciones secas de 0,4 dificulta alcanzar 0,2 en condiciones h\u00famedas, no se proporcionan valores est\u00e1ndar para superficies mojadas.<\/section>\n<section>Las normas de superficie vial de la CIE115\/EN13201 se establecen de acuerdo con la norma CIE 47-1979 \u00abIluminaci\u00f3n vial en condiciones h\u00famedas\u00bb. Esta norma incluye cuatro tablas de la serie R, cuatro de la serie N, dos de la serie C y cuatro de la serie W para satisfacer las necesidades de c\u00e1lculo de luminancia en superficies viales irregulares.<\/section>\n<section>Sin embargo, la mayor\u00eda de estas tablas de datos est\u00e1ndar provienen de estudios realizados por cient\u00edficos europeos en las d\u00e9cadas de 1960 y 1970 sobre materiales viales t\u00edpicos de la \u00e9poca, que difieren significativamente de los materiales viales de uso generalizado en China. Debido a la falta de investigaci\u00f3n sobre las caracter\u00edsticas reflectantes de los materiales viales a nivel nacional, actualmente no existen datos est\u00e1ndar de reflectancia para materiales viales en China.
